Water is the most precious resource of god to the mankind .using it judiciously and in a sustainable way is duty of everyone. But these are just a bundle of words for PHE department tehsil kahara (doda).the condition of supply pipes is so deplorable that only a small volume of water actually reaches the taps of general public not enough to meet the daily requirement of water. Employees of PHE department only wait for the month end for their salaries ignoring the duties assigned to them.
